Management and organization of all staff members, including: Programming staff, data processing staff, data entry staff, coordination and oversight of other department members on joint endeavors, and daily organization/prioritization of work tasks as needed from multiple non-related sources Creation, maintenance and continuous upgrades for all mechanisms which drove all corporate interviewing and data collection endeavors from 1998 to 2010. All were custom-built for the company.
